How do I order?
Most of our customers order directly online by filling out our
order page. For your protection, each transaction is
transmitted securely using the latest SSL (secure socket layer)
encryption technology. Our shopping cart is a Verisign secure site
(you will see a lock on the bottom right corner of your browser once you
proceed to the billing and shipping section of our order form). We understand that you may not feel
comfortable ordering online even through our site is secure.
Simply contact us and we will make other arrangements.
How long will it take after I place my
order?
You will receive an email confirmation the same business day you place your order.
We will immediately process your order and email you a proof (if
elected) within three
business days after your order was placed. You must verify that the
proof is correct via email. After we hear from you, we will print your order within
three to five business days and ship it to you. Shipping time will vary
depending on the method you choose. We cannot be held responsible for delays
due to shipping or manufacturing back orders.
Can I get the envelopes early?
Yes, please read the following instructions based on your
situation. If your baby has already arrived it really isn't
necessary to pre-order envelopes. They will only arrive one or two
days before the printed announcements arrive.
I know my
baby's gender and want to pre-order announcements and envelopes:
Step 1-Choose desired announcement and fill out order form.
Step 2- In the card should read box type "pre-ordering, will email
wording later."
Step 3-Include your due date.
Step 4-Fill in the appropriate box for pre-ordering envelopes ($10.00
charge).
You will receive your envelopes early so
that you can begin addressing them. Email us after the baby is
born with the wording and birth stats.
I do not know my
baby's gender and want to pre-order announcements and envelopes:
Step 1-Choose one girl and boy announcement that are the same size
and price.
Step 2-Fill out the order form for only one announcement.
Step 3- In the card should read box type, "Pre-ordering, gender
unknown. Will email wording later."
Step 4-Include your due date.
Step 5-Include the name and item number of the alternate announcement.
Step 5-Fill in the appropriate box for pre-ordering envelopes ($10.00
charge).

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as we have not begun to print it. Once the order has been
printed and/or the proof is approved it is a final sale. Blank
stock is not returnable.
What is the minimum order? Should I
order extras?
Minimum orders for announcements are 20. Matching folded note card
minimum is 25. We always recommend that you order at least 10 extra
announcements and note cards. You will probably receive more gifts
than you expect.
Will my announcement require extra postage?
Some square designs may require extra postage. Please
check with your local post office before mailing. We are not
responsible for returns due to insufficient postage.
